Thank you for taking the time to read our poems! We had a lot and this is actually only a small portion of the poems that the students wrote during the month. I unfortunately didn’t have room to publish them all.
Many of our students wrote poems as gifts for family, and teachers and friends.
I think that’s a priceless gift!

I LOVE your poem! wow! I think the best part about your poem is that it’s about a subject that we can all relate to. I have been in situations where it felt like someone was being rude to me for no good reason. I think lots of kids have felt like this too.

Maybe one day you should all become poets. Here is my poem.

It is called Plain Rude.

Why is she so rude.

She always pokes her tongue at me when I have done nothing wrong.

When I sing a song she just frowns.

The colour of her hair is brown.

I always see her when I go to town.

OOH why is she so rude.

I, feel you have a wonderful number of gifted children that write amazing poems.
I truly loved reading every single one of the poems.
Poem writing is so wonderful for you can say so much in such a small paragraph.
