  1. Dear Mrs Hembree,

WOW! once again your students have sent in some pretty amazing places where they have been reading.

The above phot0s are just great. How great is Joel not sitting inside the shed but way on top of it. That is just awesome.
Then how brave is Huti placing his head in a fake shark’s head. Well done Huti!
And then Josa at the Calgary Stampede he really looks like he was having a great read too.

    Well done keep them coming.
Your task is going to be really hard now to pick out the best photo Mrs Hembree. 🙂

Take care from your blogging pal down under,
    AA.

    • Dear AA,
I am so amazed by all of the crazy photos I am getting.

I was scared by the Jaws photo! It is the replica of a Great White shark that they used in the movie Jaws, which was made back in the 70’s!

I don’t know how I will chose. If you have a suggestion, please let me know.

      Your Washington pal,
      Mrs. Hembree

  2. Hello everyone,

    I am Rhiannon from Australia.

Wow that’s some pretty weird places to read especially in a sharks mouth, Hitu!

I love reading and read every day, at the moment my favourite series
of books would probably be The Magic Tree House they are fantastic!

    What are your favourite books?

I have a blog please visit,
    rhiannonb.global2.vic.edu.au

    Thanks!
    Bye for now,
    Rhiannon.

P.S. Do you know Bianca (BB) from Australia? Because I’m in her
    class.

    • Hello Rhiannon from Australia,
Thank you for visiting our website and making an awesome comment! Yes, I know Bianca from your class! She sent me a wonderful package recently! I am now on my vacation and I brought the Australia keychain that she sent me, with me on my trip!

That Jaws photo is crazy! I have seen that one too! It’s from the Jaws movie. It’s very scary to look at!

I am so glad you like the Magic Tree House series of books. They are very popular here too. I have read almost all of them now.

I like the one set in San Fransicso during the earthquake. Which one is your favorite? I can’t wait to hear!

Please tell BB hello for me!
      From,
      Mrs. Hembree

  3. Dear Mrs Hembree,

Am blogging again as I did write you a comment and am hoping that it did not get lost or maybe my computer is playing games with me.

I just love all the above photos that your wonderful readers are sending in. It really is going to be hard to pick a winner Mrs Hembree.
Please let me know if you get this comment.

Take care from your blogging pal,
    AA.

    • Dear AA,
It’s always a pleasure to hear from you! I have been traveling for the past couple of days, so I got behind in my comments. I apologize for the delay.

The photos that our Bulldog Readers are sending in are simply amazing! AA, you are so right! I have no idea how I will ever choose the best ones.

Today I am going to be a tourist in the town of Gloucester, Massachusetts which is on the east coast of the US. It is the oldest fishing port in our country. My cousin is a lobster fisherman here and tomorrow I hope to go out on his boat when he is working the lobster traps. Do you think I should have him take a photo of me reading on the lobster traps?

      Enjoy your day!
      Mrs. Hembree

  4. Dear Mrs Hembree,
    Awesome post.
The photos are awesome. I like how Hitu is in the sharks Jaws it looks very scary.

I can see how you have met my friend Rhiannion.

Mrs Hembree I wonder where have you been reading?

    From your pal,
    BB.

PS I was trying to find Joel but I noticed he was on top of the shed. 🙂

    • Hi BB,
So great to hear from you again! I have been traveling to the east coast. If you saw my reply to AA, I am in Gloucester, Massachusetts. I am going to tour around by myself today, so I don’t think I will get any shots of me reading.

However, I am taking my stuffed animal Pigeon, from Mo Willems books. I do plan on photographing him on my excursions today! Check back in the next few days to see what I post!

      Have you started another book?
      Happy Reading,
      Mrs. Hembree

      • @ Mrs Hembree,
Thank you for replying back to me.

I hope you are having a fun time at Gloucester, Massachusetts.

That is a shame you did not get time to read.

Say hello to your pigeon from me. 🙂

I am excited to see what your new post is going to be.

I have not read the other two books yet only the Baby Mouse. 🙂
Really enjoyed reading this book Mrs Hembree.
        From your pal,
        Bianca.

  5. @ Mrs Hembree,

Thank you for replying back to me with your comment.

Yes it will be very hard to pick a winner for they are all winners. I have a suggestion for you so that you can pick a winner.

Place all the names of your readers into a bucket and pull out the first name and thats your winner. Hope that helps.

    From your pal,
    AA.
