  1. Dear Mrs Hembree,

what a great idea I love the concept of taking photos of where and who is reading during your school holidays.

I am so looking forward to your up and coming post of where your Bulldog readers will be reading.

Good luck everyone may the best reader win.

    From your blogging pal,
    AA. 🙂

  2. Hi Mrs Hembree

    This is a great idea!

We did something similar last year to celebrate the Book Week theme of Book Safari. We ended up with a great slideshow of students in lots of interesting places reading their books. It was lots of fun!

I’ll look forward to seeing the unusual places your students are going to be doing their reading…

    Enjoy your holidays!

    Miss Y 🙂

  3. Dear Mrs Hembree,

but not Underwater :0 . HA HA!

I would love to visit Seattle one day and hope to meet you one day. We have one more week of school then Holidays only for two weeks then back to school.

Like AA said Good Luck everyone.

    From your reading pal,

  5. Dear Mrs Hembree,
This is Fiona Beal writing from Cape Town (http://fionabeal.edublogs.org). Thank you so much for leaving a comment on my blog. I am pleased to report that YES, I have been accepted for the Microsoft Partners-in-Learning Institute from the 25th – 30th July. I am SO.O.O.O. excited. I have my visa application personal interview with the US consulate on Wednesday morning this week. I so hope all works out well. It will be great if we can somehow meet?! Your blog is so nice – I have added it to my Google Reader. Bye for now.

  6. Mrs. Hembree,

    What a terrific idea!

My class loves Big Al. What a great message this book has. It is amazing to see how insightful our students are!

Would you mind if I borrowed your summer reading challenge idea? I think my group would love this…. and what a great way to connect through blogging!I am relatively new to classroom blogging. You are a great inspiration.
