Book Review: Dragonbreath by Ursula Vernon

dragonbreath Danny Dragonbreath goes to school with a bunch of reptiles and amphibians. He’s the only dragon at school and what makes matters even worse that that he can’t even breathe fire like a dragon should. After he gets an F on his paper about  the ocean, his teacher forces him to re-write his paper and use facts. Not one to like doing traditional research at the library, Danny decides to take along his friend Wendell, an iguana,  and visit his Cousin Edward, a sea serpent.  An afternoon adventure with Cousin Edward is full of laughs and Danny learns a lot about the ocean. This is a funny first book in a series by Ursula Vernon. We also have Dragonbreath: Attack of the Ninja Frogs, Dragonbreath: Curse of the Were-wiener and Dragonbreath: Lair of the Bat Monster. Find them on the humor shelves. (Review by Mrs. Hembree)
